Administrator
The company AA AVALA, s.r.o., ID number: 52119459, registered office: Trnavská cesta 61, 821 04 Bratislava (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) is the administrator of the website www.avala.sk (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), all its subpages and other information systems, in which this company processes your personal data as the personal data of the person concerned.
Reasons for processing personal data
The processing of obtained and provided personal data is an essential part of the Administrator’s activity. Without the processing of personal data, it would not be able to provide its services to its clients, potential clients, business partners, or other affected persons in the required scope and quality.
Basis for personal data processing
The processing of personal data is governed by Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and the law no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as “the law”).
The current legislation allows personal data to be processed on the basis of several legal bases, while personal data may be processed even without the consent of the person concerned. If there is no other legal basis for processing personal data, personal data will be processed only on the basis and to the extent of the consent of the person concerned.

- telephone number
Provision of data
Personal data processed by the Administrator may also be processed by third parties, provided that the Administrator so decides, or the obligation to provide him with personal data results from the legal order of the Slovak Republic.
In cases where the choice of the recipient of personal data is up to the Administrator, when choosing these partners, he always ensures that a high standard of personal data protection of the person concerned is guaranteed.
The recipients of personal data processed by the Administrator may include:
- public administration bodies, in cases where the Administrator is obliged to provide personal data from a generally binding legal regulation or a decision of a public administration body (especially courts, law enforcement authorities, executors),
- web hosting operator of this Site – WebSupport s.r.o., ID number: 36 421 928, registered office: Karadžičova 12, 821 08 Bratislava,
- business partners of the Administrator.
Protection of personal data
The administrator processes personal data manually or using electronic information systems. The administrator has taken all the necessary measures, not only of a technical nature, but also of a personnel and control nature, so that the level of personal data protection is as high as possible.
Rights of the person concerned
The person concerned has the right to:
- request from the Administrator access to their personal data,
- to correct, delete, or limit the processing of their personal data,
- to object to the processing of their personal data,
- on the portability of their personal data,
- file a complaint or proposal to initiate proceedings to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic,
- revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time.

The administrator is obliged to notify the affected person of a breach of personal data protection without undue delay, if such a breach of personal data protection may lead to a high risk for the rights of the affected person.
